Literally a flying crane in the sky, a helicopter is a work horse with unequalled potential to manoeuvre numerous underslung heavy loads within confined spaces or to remote and otherwise inaccessible locations. In just a matter of hours we can carry out work which would otherwise involve the hiring of cranes, other plant or even sea going transport. Pilots and groundcrew employed for underslung load operations are specifically trained in this work.

Our helicopters can be used for tasks such as fire fighting, crop spraying, laying concrete and placing of air conditioning units. In fact we have lifted almost everything from a cow stuck in a bog on Dartmoor to a 15ft fibreglass dinosaur! (see below) |
